OpenTAS Group, formerly the terminal management division of Implico Group, has been operating as an independent entity since the start of the year. As a spin-off of Implico, the leading provider for the digitalization of business processes in the supply chain of energy and the chemical industry, the new company’s primary focus is to meet the needs of the market and its customer base with regard to the energy transition, digitalization and automation.
The new company continues to be run by the same experts as before and will seamlessly continue its success story while making inroads into other sectors thanks to its unique expertise. Implico GmbH will continue to be responsible for the downstream business, where it operates as an SAP solution extension and development partner.
