OpenTAS is entering an exciting new chapter in its leadership

OpenTAS announces a strengthened leadership model, appointing Monica Hildinger as Co-CEO and will jointly run the OpenTAS Group together with Harald Wentsch (CEO).

Monica has now assumed the responsibility for Technology in addition to Product Management and Go-to-Market. Her mandate is to unify product strategy with platform engineering and IT operations—governing architecture, data and security, and delivery—to drive measurable outcomes in throughput, safety, compliance, and total cost of ownership, and accelerate the journey from automation to autonomy.

Prior to OpenTAS, Monica spent more than a decade at Siemens in leadership roles across the process industries. As Head of Digitalization, she led strategies for Chemicals, Glass, and Oil & Gas, focusing on the advancement of AI applications in Process Automation; and as Product Lifecycle Manager, she oversaw portfolio development for tank farm and terminal management systems. Her hands-on work across Oil and Gas terminal facilities, especially in the Middle East, gives her a deep, practical understanding of operations and customer priorities.
