On March 10–11, 2026, the international tank storage and future fuels community will gather at StocExpo in Rotterdam, to connect, share expertise and discover the latest innovations shaping the sector. OpenTAS will be present at booth G20, demonstrating how modern terminal operators can leave behind heterogenous operational landscapes in favor of a platform-based approach that unites operational processes from end to end.
A major milestone
In the modern era, terminal landscapes are becoming increasingly complex. While it is essential for planning, execution, inventory, compliance and reporting must interact seamlessly, many operators continue to rely on fragmented systems and data sources. This is the exact issue that OpenTAS addresses at its booth in Rotterdam – through a world premiere that promises to usher in a new reality for terminal operations.
Visitors can expect to learn how interconnected data flows from end to end lead to greater clarity, efficiency and resilience in terminal operations. Specifically, this means real-time transparency across stock and movements, integrated order-to-cash processes, secure IT/OT convergence and scalable cloud architecture.
In short, the foundation of the autonomous terminal is here – and it isn’t to be missed.
Event highlights
Aside from the unveiling of what promises to be a significant step forward in how terminal operations are structured and managed, a key event highlight will be the presentation by Monica Hildinger, Co-CEO of OpenTAS, at the FETSA Tank Storage Conference on Wednesday, 11 March (01:05–01:20 p.m.). In her session titled “From automation to autonomy”, Monica will outline how platform-based architectures, AI and cloud technologies are shaping the immediate evolution of terminal operations.
Meanwhile, the following partner presentations will take place directly at the OpenTAS booth at StocExpo:
Tuesday, 10 March
10:00–10:30 a.m. – Bosch
Digital Fuel Twin & Carbon Transparency per Liter
11:00–11:30 a.m. – Pepas Cloud
Carbon Footprint Transparency in Tank Terminals
2:00–2:30 p.m. – HyBird
